Thank you for letting me know. I sent an item back to another online retailer two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from them, despite trying to follow up on the matter. That's very frustrating and discourages you from dealing with them again. It makes me appreciate the service I get from Rosie Pose!!

At Rosiepose we endeavour to make your online shopping experience fast, secure, pleasant, easy and affordable. Our new layby service has been created to assist our customers so you can order the products you love and pay for them over a period of time.
LAYBY TERMS AND HOW TO ORDER
We offer layby terms over 6 weeks. If you need longer then this please email philip@rosiepose.com.au and we can discuss this with you.
20% deposit is required at the time an order is placed.
Select ' layby' at checkout.
If a bank deposit or cheque is not received within 3 working days, the order will be assumed as cancelled.
Payments can be made by credit card if you wish - email nicole@rosiepose.com.au and we can organise a regular credit card deduction for you.
Payment is required each fortnight at minimum and must be completed within 6 weeks of the original order date.
Note the order number and place the word "Layby" in your direct deposit transfers so it can be traced accordingly. If paying by cheques please write the order number on the back of the cheques
If you cancel your layby at any time the initial 20% deposit will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Layby customers will NOT be sent reminders and balances and the regular payments are the responsiblity of the customer. If after 6 weeks the order has not been paid for in full the stock will be returned to the shelves and you will be refunded the payments made, less the 20% initial deposit which will be retained by Rosiepose.
