The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart.  We've created it to be very user-friendly, and because it uses 128 bit encryption, you can be sure your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.

At Rosiepose we use Baby Toys a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Bankcard, mastercard or visa or we are more than happy to accept bank deposit, cheque or money order. Using these methods will require payment to be cleared before goods will be sent.

We offer free gift wrapping of your order, however we can only offer one free gift wrap per order. If you wish to have additonal gift wrapping in your order please advise us via email and a fee of $3.95 will be charged per gift wrapped.

Delivery Info

At Rosiepose we value our customers and strive for excellence in service, so we will aim to have all orders packaged and sent the same day or next business day. 

Delivery is via Australia Post

Express Post - If ordered before 12noon on any business day we will endeavour to have your order sent the same day as ordered and should be delivered next business day, provided your address is within the Express Post next day delivery network however you must pick the express post option at checkout (extra charges) to be assured of next day delivery. (Please refer to the express post packaging for details or the Australia Post website). Express Post is charged at $7.70 (note if you are located in a remote area of WA, SA or NT and wish to have express post we will contact you to advise the cost)

Standard Post - is charged at a flat rate of $5.95 no matter the location or weight of the parcel and will take the normal Australia Post times to arrive if you select this option.

Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it "return to sender" or take them to your nearest post office.

Registered Post - Registered Post is charged at $8.95.. We recommend this option if you would like your ordered insured up to the sum of $100.00. Delivery time is similar to normal Australia Post standard delivery times.

Worldwide Delivery - We'd be delighted to send our products overseas for you.  Using Australia Post Air Mail, the estimated time of delivery is within two weeks. This is a guide only.  Shipping details will be confirmed once your order is received or you can email us at info@rosiepose.com.au for exact shipping prices and we will respond within 24 hours.  Please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels.  The parcel recipient is responsible for any and all such extra charges that are not within our control. On average the price for airmail is $25.00

Airmail to New Zealand

Postage to New Zealand is available at a flat-rate of AUD$25.00

Airmail to Asia/Pacific

Postage to the Asia/Pacific region is available at a flat-rate of AUD$25.00

Airmail to USA/Canada/Middle East

Postage to the USA, Canada and the Middle East is available at a flat-rate of AUD$30.00

Airmail to the rest of the world (UK, Europe etc)

Out of stock items

If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or is unavailable, Rosiepose will contact you immediately to arrange an alternate avenue this could be getting another of that item in or choosing a different item.

Your items will not be sent until all items are in stock unless otherwise requested.

Customer satisfaction

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, customer satisfaction is our priority here at Rosiepose and our aim is that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Should this not be the case we will do our utmost to solve any issue efficiently.

Loss or damage in transit

Although Australia Post is a reliable mailing service, mishaps do occur, all items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care.  Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email or phone so we can discuss the issue.

Rosiepose will not be held accountable for items that are damaged during transit.  For this reason, we strongly recommend using a courier or express post for its traceability and for the insurance offered.  This will ensure that your items arrive safely and on time.

Faulty goods

Should an item fall below Rosiepose's high standards, kindly contact us promptly via email, phone or fax within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or refund which will be at our discretion.  Proof of purchase and a description of the problem will be required.  Please note that items must have labels intact and be in original packaging.  Shipping charges apply and are not refundable.

Privacy

At Rosiepose, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party.  Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or inform you of special offers. 

Pricing

All prices at Rosiepose are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD).  We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Rosiepose, our items are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched, although our products are of high quality and workmanship things don't always work out.  You may have purchased the wrong size, colour or you may not be completely happy with your purchase. 

The good news is, we will happily exchange, refund(at our discretion) or issue a credit note of the amount of your items.  

All items returned for exchange, refund or a credit note must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item. 

Kindly contact us promptly via email, phone or fax within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note. The exchange process must be arranged within a reasonable time frame from the purchase date.

Credit notes or refunds will only be given on the item value; delivery charges are not refundable.  An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.

Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable
